Shipping Schedule

Due to the perishable nature of cheese, we ship all orders on Monday and Tuesday so your cheese will arrive the same week that it was ordered. We avoid shipping cheese later in the week and having it sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Summer Shipping

Due to warm weather conditions that arise between Memorial Day and Labor Day, all cheese orders will require Next Day delivery in order to ensure freshness. The boxes are insulated and sufficient ice packs are included to assure high-quality transport.

Correct Address

We guarantee shipment to the address provided. During warm weather, in most cases if we ship to an incorrect address the contents have perished. So please be sure that address you provide us is correct.

Returns

NeedCheese.com strives to meet your expectations in our cheese products. We guarantee all our products to arrive fresh and in good quality. In the event of a problem, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement.
