We avoid shipping cheese later in the week and having it sit in a warehouse over the weekend.   Summer Shipping   Due to warm weather conditions that arise between Memorial Day and Labor Day, all cheese orders will require Next Day delivery in order to ensure freshness. The boxes are insulated and sufficient ice packs are included to assure high-quality transport.
